Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) – NONCC

1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diner Club, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are securely processed through Shopify Payments.

2. What currency are prices listed in?
All prices are listed in USD. If your card is in another currency, your bank will convert the amount using the current exchange rate.

3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer standard free shipping on all orders.

4. How long does shipping take?
Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days (Monday to Friday) after the 1–5 business day processing time.

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can also track your order on our Tracking Page. If you haven’t received the email, contact us at support@noncc.com.

6. Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, you have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request changes or cancellations. Email us at support@noncc.com within this window. After 24 hours, the order may already be processed or shipped.

7. What is your return policy?
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new and unused. Return shipping is free with the included return label.

8. Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, we accept exchanges for items that are new and within the 30-day return window.

9. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

10. My tracking shows delivered, but I didn't receive my order. What should I do?
Please:

  • Check with neighbors or household members

  • Confirm your shipping address in the order confirmation

  • Contact the shipping carrier

  • Email us with proof of non-delivery at support@noncc.com and we’ll assist with a refund
