We’re committed to delivering your order safely, promptly, and transparently.

Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 12:00 AM (midnight) are processed starting the next business day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 AM will be processed the following business day.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • Every order includes a tracking number to monitor your shipment at each step.

Shipping Time

  • We offer standard free shipping on all orders.

  • Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days (Monday to Friday).

Possible Delays

Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs inspections

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

If your package is delayed, contact us at support@noncc.com—we’ll help resolve the issue quickly.

Order Cancellation & Modification

  • You have 24 hours from purchase to request an order change or cancellation.

  • Contact us at support@noncc.com within this window.

  • After 24 hours, your order may already be processed or shipped, and we may no longer be able to make changes.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses.

Order Tracking

  • You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.

  • Didn't receive it? Contact us at support@noncc.com or use our tracking page for updates.

Delivered But Not Received?

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members.

  2. Verify the shipping address in your confirmation email.

  3. Contact the carrier to request proof of delivery.

  4. Send us proof of non-delivery, and we’ll issue a refund.
